Lameez Kassam, founder of Body In Motion SA Fitness will host an all free Health and Wellness event for women in the Lenasia South community on Saturday, 12 August at The Venue on corner Starling and Milkwood Street in collaboration with an Integrated Health Therapist – Fallon Fit, as well as a Mindset Life Coach and Emotional Healing Therapist Fathima Thajmoon.
“As women, we have the incredible power to uplift and inspire each other, creating a beautiful chain reaction that forms an even more resilient and nurturing support network. Just like a garden flourishes when we nurture and care for each other, our growth is magnified as we raise each other up. We will be having a fantastic line up to keep our women entertained. A few insightful talks as well as inspirational testimony by Female Cancer survivor Lola Lewis on her journey through life battling breast cancer,” Kassam told GLOBE POST.
All females are welcome. Dress in comfortable clothes and shoes since there will be low intensity workouts.
