Days after Boxer Superstores made a donation to Ennerdale Meals on Wheels, burglars broke into the centre’s offices and stole everything including a computer and fan amongst other items.
A month after the burglary, Meals on Wheels is yet to get back on its feet and continue providing meals to the needy in the community.
“We have the senior citizens and kids that we feed, the burglary really affected our programmes. I appeal to anyone who would like to make a contribution to please assist us. Thanks in advance. God bless you,” said Ennerdale Meals on Wheels’ Linda Roberts.
