Amapiano and house music producer, composer and event organiser, Dj Lesedi Thagane popularly known as Lesedi (LSD) will release his highly anticipated EP titled Kokotela at the beginning of September.

Kokotela explores Lesedi (LSD) EP love for Amapiano and he features local talents such as Tumisho SA, Mr Shakes and Dj Mic amongst others.
Speaking about his musical journey and career highlights thus far, Lesedi said: “I started doing music at the age of 15 with the assistance of my friend Mthokozisi, who taught me the basic elements of being a Dj which opened my eyes and stirred my interest for Djying and music. The reception from my community has been amazing because whenever I drop music online, they stream and download. However when it comes to events, it’s always a struggle because you could easily tell the turnover by the tickets sales, luckily, I have thee most supportive family who always show up on my gigs.”
The 23-year-old artist hopes to eventually conquer the world through music and becoming a well decorated trailblazer in the industry.
He added: “As independent artist all lies on you, you have to do everything by yourself and there are things that need time such as branding, music publishing, distribution and so on.”
