The murder case involving Eldorado Park SAPS Sergeant Mandla Goodman Buthelezi, accused of killing his 22-year-old girlfriend, Crime Prevention Warden Keppler Chesnay Patricia, has been postponed to 26 February 2025.
The Protea Magistrate’s Court granted the postponement to allow for further investigations. Sergeant Buthelezi is alleged to have used his service pistol to fatally shoot his girlfriend through a window at her home during a domestic dispute on 26 December last year.
Keppler Chesnay Patricia was laid to rest today, leaving the community mourning the tragic loss.
