Matthew 28:6 reads, “He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.”
Praise God! You can imagine that wonderful morning of resurrection, what a great joy when the two women heard those life changing words “He is risen”, a testimony that will soon change the whole world.
Jesus’ resurrection from the dead was proof that indeed he was whom he claimed to be “ The Son Of God”, the bible in the book of Matthew 3:17 records that God testified that Jesus is His Son, and if there was ever a doubt of that encounter, then His resurrection from the dead was a proof beyond any reasonable doubt that indeed Jesus Is The Son Of God.
But the story does not end there, the bible teaches that Jesus’s death and resurrection was for you and I, He did all that so that me and you can live in the Newness Of Life separated from sin and death. 1 Corinthians 1:9 “God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.”
The word fellowship in that scripture is derived from the Greek word koinonia which also means (partnership or oneness), therefore me and you are called into partnership and oneness with the Son Of God in the Newness Of Life.
You can answer that call today and live a brand-new life with Jesus.
