On 10 February, Glenryck SA and the Office of the Speaker brought the Back To School campaign to Spectrum Primary in Ennerdale, donating much-needed school shoes to learners in need.
In her speech, Speaker Nobuhle Mthembu emphasised that the goal is to ensure learners step into class with confidence.
Many of the beneficiaries had been wearing torn shoes, old sneakers or sandals. Thanks to strong corporate and government partnerships, these young learners now have the support they need. With brand-new school shoes and words of encouragement from Speaker Mthembu, Spectrum Primary learners are stepping into 2025 with dignity and confidence!
