Addressing the media this afternoon, Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi said as it stands there are preliminary reports regarding the cause of yesterday’s expolsion in Johannesburg CBD which led to the death of 1 person and injuries of 41 others but there is no confirmation regarding the cause of the explosion.
The Premier also noted that barricades are being put in place to prevent access into the area.
