On 19 December, Siyathandwa Senior Social Club, also known as “We are Loved,” hosted a memorable celebration for the elders, honouring the “Class of 2023.”
The event, held at Temple Agape Assembly in Ennerdale, was a heartwarming gathering filled with joy and gratitude. The celebration featured delightful surprises, heartfelt moments and a chance for the elders to unwind and feel appreciated.
Linda Roberts, a representative of Siyathandwa Senior Social Club, told Globe Post: “It was a successful event, and the elderly were truly captivated by the surprise. They had an amazing day. A huge thank you to all the sponsors who made this day possible – we are incredibly grateful.”
