Shannon told GLOBE POST: “I love producing because it allows me to bring ideas to life from the ground up. I thrive on connecting the creative with the practical – managing budgets, schedules and teams while still protecting the heart of the story. For me, producing is about solving problems in real time, creating opportunities for others to shine and knowing that every choice I make is shaping the final vision on screen. It’s like being the quiet architect of a world that the audience will step into.”
