Where are all the relevant departments to see for drunk drivers. ie
    Metro Police
    SAPS
    Gauteng Traffic
    Crime Wardens
    National Traffic Police
We have so many different Traffic departments yet a person is allowed to drive under the influence of alcohol and kill innocent people.
They would rather stop vehicles and take cold drink and food money
