Lenasia South women uplifted at Health and Wellness event held over the weekend

Lameez Kassam, founder of Body In Motion SA Fitness hosted a well attended all free Health and Wellness event for women in the Lenasia South community on Saturday, 12 August at The Venue on corner Starling and Milkwood Street in collaboration with an Integrated Health Therapist – Fallon Fit, as well as a Mindset Life Coach and Emotional Healing Therapist Fathima Thajmoon.

“I thank everyone who came to the event, as women, we have the incredible power to uplift and inspire each other, creating a beautiful chain reaction that forms an even more resilient and nurturing support network,” Kassam told GLOBE POST.
