In a major milestone for civic leadership, the Champions of Emancipation (CoE) elected its Top 7 Global Leadership Structure during a special session held on 5 July at UMUSA Headquarters, one of the organization’s affiliate partners.
The leadership meeting, hosted in collaboration with UMUSA Community Development Projects, was hailed as a significant moment for the movement’s growth and future direction. The session was presided over by CoE Chairperson, Cde Dr Thabo Nxumalo, alongside UMUSA’s Founder and CEO, Ps Nomsa Radebe-Tshabalala.
During the gathering, Cde Dr Nxumalo also took the opportunity to introduce his newly launched book, The ECONOMY must WORK for EVERYONE. The book presents a bold new economic vision through a concept called ComRestructurism—short for the Theory of Competitive Restructuring.
This innovative framework aims to empower ordinary citizens, particularly SMMEs and NGOs, by championing inclusive and sustainable economic transformation.
Cde Dr Nxumalo described his work as “a system in book form,” saying it was designed to spark real, meaningful change. He encouraged the public to join the Champions of Emancipation civic movement for deeper insight into economic empowerment and its potential to reshape society for the collective good.
