Lenasia South’s Uthmaan Caster (14) is already making waves in the football world. A proud graduate of Hola Skoko Football Academy, Uthmaan has earned the incredible opportunity to return to Brazil in 2026 to join one of the country’s most prestigious residential football programmes.

Uthmaan’s journey began at the age of six with a local club in Lenasia. His talent quickly stood out, and by age seven, he had joined Hola Skoko, where his raw skills were honed, his technique sharpened, and his dreams carefully nurtured. From the start, Uthmaan showed remarkable dedication, becoming a committed and driven member of the Hola Skoko family.

His talent has already taken him across the globe. In 2023, he travelled to Spain and impressed scouts enough to earn a callback currently under consideration. In July 2025, he toured Brazil, solidifying his place in the 2026 residential programme, and he has also been selected to travel to the United Kingdom in mid-2026 – a monumental step in his young career.

Reflecting on his journey, Uthmaan shared: “I love football – it’s my life. My dream is to play internationally. Coach Nishaan Ansary believed in me from the very beginning and supported me on and off the pitch. I’m truly grateful to him and all the coaches at Hola Skoko. My current coach, Raees Vally, continues to believe in me. Hola Skoko isn’t just an academy – it’s home, it’s family.”

He said: “I’m incredibly blessed to have my mom, my biggest fan, who has never missed a game and always supports me behind the scenes. My sister pushes me to be better and my entire family – grandparents, aunts, uncles – has always had my back. I’m thankful for their love and support.”

“I’m excited, and yes, a little nervous for what lies ahead, but I’m ready to give it my all. I want to make the most of every opportunity and keep chasing my dream,” Uthmaan added.

Coach Nishaan Ansary praised Uthmaan’s growth:”I am incredibly proud of Uthmaan and honoured to have been part of his journey over the past seven years. Watching him grow not just as a footballer but as a young man has been inspiring. His potential on the field speaks volumes, and his dedication sets him apart. The future holds something extraordinary for him, and all of us at Hola Skoko are behind him every step of the way.”

Uthmaan’s story is one of humility, discipline, and determination. As he takes these next bold steps toward an international career, his community stands firmly behind him with pride, hope and belief.

Message to Uthmaan: stay grounded, keep working hard and never lose the joy that drew you to the game. The world is watching and the future is yours. Go make your dream a reality, champ!
