Undisputed Boxing Academy has officially rebranded and completed the final stage of its extension on 19 January, adding an impressive 27 meters to its facility.

This achievement was made possible through the collective efforts of key individuals such as Mario Malema (the builder), Warren Du Plessis (a key player) and Zaheer Hendricks (the coach), who came together to bring the vision to life.

Their collaboration is a testament to the power of community and shared passion. The academy’s expansion symbolizes more than just physical growth it represents a community united in its mission to see boxing thrive. With the new space, the academy is better equipped to serve its members and continue its legacy of producing talented boxers and promoting fitness.

In exciting news, Taheer Miller, Shadrack Limbaya and Kade Bossinger from the academy were selected to represent the Gym at the Gauteng Championships, which took place on 15 and 16 March at Danie Van Zyl, Brixton and finals will take place on 22 and 23 March at Transnet, Pretoria. This is a proud moment for the academy and a reflection of hard work and dedication of both the athletes and their coaches.

To complement its growth, Undisputed Boxing Academy is also launching its own line of sports gear, designed to withstand the rigors of intense training. The gear will cater to both boxers and fitness enthusiasts, ensuring they have the right equipment to perform at their best.

The gym is located in Ennerdale at 173 Apollo Crescent. The academy’s new program schedule is now in full swing, offering a range of classes to suit all ages and fitness levels:

· Junior Box: 4pm to 5pm (for young aspiring boxers)

· Power Box: 5pm to 6pm. (for those looking to building strength and technique)

· Fitness Fusion (HIIT): 6pm to 7pm (a high-intensity interval training class for adults)

The Fitness Fusion adult class has already become a hit, attracting members who are eager to combine boxing techniques with a challenging workout. The Undisputed Boxing Academy is more than just a gym-it’s a community-driven space where boxing and fitness bring people together.

With its rebranding, expansion and new initiatives, the academy is poised to make an even greater impact in the world of boxing and beyond. Stay tuned for more updates as the academy continues to grow and inspire!
