Moodley family makes history at SA 6 Days Circuit

Kovalan and Wendy Moodley have etched their names in the history books by achieving an incredible feat at the SA 6 Days Circuit.

Their remarkable endurance saw them cover an astounding 435 km over six days, completing 870 laps on a challenging 500-metre concrete track.The Moodleys battled extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, and scorching heat, yet remained determined throughout the gruelling event.

Wendy Moodley made history by becoming the first female in her category to achieve such an impressive milestone.

Speaking to GLOBE POST, Komalan Moodley reflected on their journey: “Our faith kept us strong. We faced tough conditions, but we persevered and remained focused on our goal.”

The Moodley family extended their gratitude to race organiser Eric Wright, their sponsor Gonie Moodley of Trend Pack and their loved ones for their unwavering support with meals and supplements throughout the race.

Komalan added: “We give all the glory to God, the author and finisher of our faith. Our journey is a testament to perseverance and belief.”

Their achievement stands as an inspiration, showcasing the power of determination and faith in overcoming challenges.
