In a heartwarming community effort, local NPC, 3Gs, held a successful raffle draw on 2 October at the Lenasia South Civic Centre, raising much-needed funds for local orphanages.

The event attracted senior citizens and community members who were eager to take part and win exciting prizes while supporting a good cause.

The raffle featured three prizes: a kettle for the 3rd prize, a toaster for the 2nd and a grand prize of a R700 Pick n Pay voucher.

“We are thrilled with the overwhelming response to our raffle draw,” said Vasie Pillay, Chairperson of 3Gs.

“This event would not have been possible without the generous support of our friends, colleagues, and community members. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed,” added Pillay.

All proceeds from the event will go toward providing essential food supplies for local orphanages, directly benefiting children in need.

List of Winners: 3rd Prize: Tasneem, raffle ticket no. 0044

2nd Prize: Alan, raffle ticket no. 0232

1st Prize: Priyasha, raffle ticket no. 0186

Congratulations to all the winners, who were each contacted and verified.
