In a spirited effort to celebrate Women’s Month, the HHH & K Association’s working committee, led by organiser Soraya Ambaram, has put together a series of fun-filled activities designed to encourage, uplift, motivate, and inspire the women of the Lenasia South community.

Over the past two weeks, women from in and around the area have gathered to engage in a variety of mentally and physically rejuvenating experiences. These events have included activities such as yoga sessions, motivational speeches, boxing, self-defense classes, karaoke, networking opportunities, and health screenings.

The events have fostered a sense of camaraderie and empowerment, reminding everyone of the strength found in unity. The community was also honored by the presence of members from the LSSC senior citizens group, adding a special touch to the celebrations.

Soraya Ambaram, the organiser, shared her thoughts on the success of the initiative: “Our goal has been to uplift, motivate, and inspire the women in our community through a variety of engaging activities. The response has been incredible, and we’re excited to conclude this empowering month with our Grand Finale High Tea, where we’ll celebrate the strength and unity of women in Lenasia South.”

As the final celebration approaches, the excitement is palpable. On 24 August, the HHH & K Association will host a delightful High Tea to cap off this month of empowerment and connection. This event promises to be an afternoon filled with delectable treats, inspiring conversations, and the chance to forge lasting friendships.

Tickets are limited, so be sure to secure yours as soon as possible. Together, the community can make a difference by celebrating the achievements of women and supporting one another in their journeys.
