Recipe: Eid Milk

Celebrate Eid with a delightful traditional dessert! This creamy and aromatic milk concoction blends vermicelli, ground almonds, and pistachios, sweetened with condensed milk and flavored with cardamom. One litre full cream milk
2 tablespoon vermicelli
two table spoon ground almonds
Two tablespoon ground pistachios
two tablespoon finely sliced almonds
Condensed milk to sweeten
Quarter tsp cardamom powder
can add charoli as well

Put all ingredients together in pot. Bring to boil. Lower heat and allow to boil or simmer for about half an hour. Keep stirring at intervals to prevent scorching. Serve hot or cold
