As part of improving customer service, the City of Johannesburg will host an Open Day on Saturday, 15 April, at the Lenasia South Civic Centre from 8am to 3pm.

Ratepayers are urged to attend to get their queries resolved. Ratepayers with additional information such as reference numbers, meter readings, pictures of the meter can bring them on the day in order to demonstrate variations on their bills. This will assist in the speedy query resolution.

Ratepayers are advised to take advantage of this opportunity to resolve any outstanding billing queries and engage in mechanisms to better manage their municipal accounts.

Open Days have the presence of multi-disciplinary customer relationship agents – from billing, Johannesburg Water, City Power (electricity) to Rates and Taxes who will be focused on resolving issues on the spot.
