Gym Space promotes fitness in Finetown

On 1 April, wellness coaches, Jerry and Samuel Motsoane and fitness instructor, Ayanda Mchunu, started Gym Space at Maranatha Hall in Finetown to raise awareness on the importance of healthy living while promoting fitness in the community.

By Lebohang Ndashe – Intern

The launch of the gym was delayed due to the struggles of finding a suitable space and currently hosts 45-minute sessions three times per day.

Samuel told GLOBE POST: “We aim to promote fitness and health in our community. At present, we have 9 members and look forward to reaching more people. We will persist and keep on pushing—one person at a time.”

Gym Space aspires to develop future leaders who are disciplined, consistent and hard workers by hosting seminars where personal development coaches and motivational speakers will encourage the youth to dream big and pursue their goals.
