Ennerdale dancer, Jedisha Arnolds is stepping closer to her dream of travelling to Thailand, and her family is calling on the community to help make it happen.

Her mother, Donisha Arnolds, said: “I’m reaching out for your support in helping my daughter, Jedisha Arnolds, represent South Africa at the Global World Championship in Bangkok, Thailand, as she pursues her dream of dancing on the international stage.”

A lively fundraising campaign is currently underway, with supporters encouraged to purchase the last few tickets at R100 each. Only 100 people can enter, and three exciting prizes are up for grabs, including a 33-piece Unique Linen combo set, an 8-piece Dolphin pot set, and a winter sheet velvet mattress protector.

The campaign also includes a Food Sale on 26 June, offering chuck, pap, wors, gravy and salad for R80 a plate. Collection will take place at 5pm from 37 Vesta Street, SA Block. Supporters can also “pick a slot” and pledge from as little as R20, helping Jedisha move one step closer to her Thailand journey.

Orders and support can be arranged through Donisha on 066 164 8779 via WhatsApp or 065 178 2273 by call.

Community members who wish to contribute directly can make payments to:

Capitec Account
Account holder: MS J C Arnolds
Account number: 1696704101

Arnlods said: “Any contribution, big or small, would be highly appreciated and would help make this incredible opportunity possible. Your kindness and support would mean so much to Jedisha and our family.”
